How can I order at D-Toys?

Placing orders on our website is as follows:

-If you order for the first time at our website you put the desired article to your shopping cart by clicking on order. Checkout the cart or continue shopping at our website.

 

– If you click checkout you enter your address and contact information. If you already placed an order in the past, you will only have to enter your username and password to continue.

 

-On the next screen you will see the overview of your order and address information, you can also specify a 2nd different shipping address where your order has to be delivered.

 

-The next step is the way you want your order to be delivered.

-When your order values EUR 150, – or more excluding shipping, delivery is free within the Netherlands. The site will show you free shipping.

 

-On the next page you will find the payment options, differen as transfer by bank, Ideal, PayPal or within the Netherlands cash on delivery (payment on delivery). Please note that orders COD to an amount of EUR 500, – excluding delivery costs are only possible.

-On the last screen you have the opportunity to submit any additional requests in the open text box.

*Can I order an item that shows no order button?

If there is no order button present, there is insufficient or no stock of the article you require. You may email us for information and availability at info@dtoys.nl.

Are all items actually at D-Toys in stock?

90% of the products listed on our website are in stock. (Pre-orders, expected products and errors excepted).

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are, if in stock, shipped within 5 business days after receipt of payment. Your order will be delivered within 48 hours after the shipment (in the Netherlands). Our shipping days are Wednesday and Friday.

Can I order products at D-Toys that are not shown on the website?

Yes, please inform us by email which item you would like to order. We will do our utmost to order the relevant item at the best price.

I created an account and placed an order but did not receive any email confirmation?

It may occur that the confirmation email is blocked by your spam filter. Please check your “spam/junk mail”. Of course, you can always send an e-mail to info@dtoys.nl.

I want to order something but I have seen the same item cheaper on another Dutch store website?

Send us the link of the specific item and we will try if we can offer you this article for the same price or cheaper than the website where you found the item.

I am a collector and would like to promote D-Toys. How can I do that?

The best way to promote our site is to place a banner, place links to our website and articles on forums, websites and blogs. Banners can be found on our D-Toys Partners page. Of course there also can be placed a banner from you to our D-Toys Partners page, quid pro quo.

How do I place a pre-order?

If there is no order button is available you can reserve a pre-order by sending us an email.

When does my pre-order arrive?

The estimated time of arrival(ETA) is announced within the information with the item. These data are based on the release information that we receive from the supplier. This data, however, are not fixed. It is possible that a supplier can not meet his production schedule which causes an early or postponed release. If this is the case, the information with the item will be edited on the website. It may occur that the ETA differs from the time you placed your pre-order to the actual time of arrival. You will always receive a message from us when an item has arrived for you.

What happens when a pre-order will not be delivered?

If your pre-order is cancelled by a supplier, we will inform you a.s.a.p..

The item I have ordered is already in stock on an other website?

It may happen that we receive items later than other stores, D-Toys is depending on various suppliers. However, it may also occur that D-Toys receives items earlier than other stores.

I ordered an item but I receive the message "out of stock"?

Our website works with a stock system. If you order an item that is subtracted from the total amount of the specific article, you can get a message that the product is not in stock. Of course you can always email to ask about availability.

I have 5 identical items in my cart but I can not pay?

If you have multiple same items in the shopping cart and can not checkout, we have not enough same items in stock. Reduce the number of items and try again.

If an article is sold out, you can always inform about possible availability of the desired article. Often we can reorder them.

Which packaging materials does D-Toys use?

D-Toys is in favor of recycling and therefore re-uses packaging materials as much as possible.
